About DSR

Dynamic Strength Rehab helps people rebuild strength after injury, surgery, or physiotherapy so they can return to work, sport, and everyday life with confidence.
Many people finish physio with less pain — but not the strength needed to stay resilient. DSR bridges that gap with structured, strength-based rehabilitation and personalized coaching.
Kinesiology sessions may be eligible for coverage through extended health insurance.

How DSR Works
1. Mobility & Movement
Restore joint mobility, movement control, and proper technique so your body can move safely and efficiently again.
2. Strength Reintegration
Transition from rehab exercises into structured strength training that rebuilds stability and durability.
3. Confident Training & Beyond
Progress into full strength training so you can return to work, sport, hobbies, and everyday life without setbacks.
Who We Help

DSR works with people who:
• Have finished physiotherapy but still feel weak or unsure
• Are recovering from injury or surgery
• Want to return to work, sport, or an active lifestyle
• Need structured guidance to rebuild strength safely
Whether you're trying to get back to your job, your sport, or simply move through everyday life without setbacks, the goal is the same: build strength that lasts.

Neil Sheppard – Kinesiologist
Founder, Dynamic Strength Rehab
My work in strength rehabilitation started after dealing with my own injuries from years of sport and physically demanding work. Like many people, I pushed through pain until I eventually had to rethink how I trained and how I used my body.
Learning how to rebuild strength properly changed everything.
Today, I help people who are coming out of physiotherapy, recovering from injury or surgery, or struggling with recurring pain transition back into real strength and capability.
At Dynamic Strength Rehab (DSR), the focus is simple: move beyond basic rehab and rebuild the strength needed for work, hobbies, sport, and everyday life. Through structured strength training and personalized coaching, clients develop the resilience and confidence to use their bodies again without fear of setbacks.
Recovery doesn’t end when physio ends.
That’s where strength rehab begins.
