Strength Coaching for Injuries, Pain & Longevity

This isn't physiotherapy — it's the strength training that comes after, so the pain doesn't come back. Built around your injury history, for people recovering or done living with nagging pain — led by a Registered Kinesiologist.

Most personal trainers make you work harder.

We make you work smarter.

DSR is strength training led by a registered kinesiologist; it is not a physiotherapy clinic or a generic gym program

We build your training program around your bod, your injury history and your goals.

No guess work. No cookie-cutter programs. We build strength that lasts.

The gym has various equipment including a squat rack, dumbbells, and a wall mirror. Several people are exercising in the background.

How We Work With You

Private Personal Training
One-on-one coaching, right here in our Oakville studio. Every session is built around your specific injury history, goals, and current strength level — no generic programs, no guesswork. This is hands-on coaching from a Registered Kinesiologist, every single visit.

Strength Rehab
This is the step most people miss. Physio gets you moving again, but strength rehab is what actually rebuilds you back to full capacity — so the pain doesn't come back and you don't end up back where you started. Programming is built specifically around your injury, not a generic template.

Virtual Rehab
Can't make it into the studio? Get the same personalized coaching and programming delivered right through the app — real programs, real tracking, real accountability, wherever you are. Strength rehab shouldn't depend on your zip code.

Not just a trainer.

A Registered Kinesiologist.

Neil Sheppard has over 20 years of experience helping people rebuild after injury, surgery and discharge from physiotherapy. As a registered Kinesiologist, he can assess why you keep getting hurt and build a program to address it. You came for personal training but got a clinical edge.
